Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Canada and selected regions. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Same-Day Delivery (If Applicable)
Same-day delivery is available in specific cities or regions. Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time (displayed at checkout) to qualify. Deliveries are made by trusted local couriers.
Shipping Rates

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, Fragrance Aura is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If your order appears lost, please reach out to us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it and contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Fragrance Aura is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
