At Fragrance Aura, each scent is crafted with intention and care, designed to deliver a unique in-car experience that elevates every drive. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges — even if a fragrance doesn’t match your personal preferences. We encourage you to read each scent description carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives:

Leaking or partially empty
Broken or unsealed
Or with any visible damage during transport

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. In such cases, we will gladly offer:

A full refund
Or a replacement item, free of charge.

Improper Use

Fragrance Aura is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or misuse of the product (e.g. dropped bottles, loose caps, incorrect installation). Clear usage instructions are provided on our website to help ensure proper use.

Fragrance Not as Expected

We understand that scent is deeply personal. While we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, if you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out to us. We may offer a custom discount on your next order, at our discretion, as a gesture of goodwill.
